I have the privilege of being the steward of the land of my recent ancestors. My roots are deep within the fertile soil of this land and they also extend to my Celtic past. The sacred nature of land, water and air determine how I farm and why I raise cattle, sheep and pigs on pasture.
I am grateful for the many people, past and present, that have contributed to keeping this farm a source for ethically, organically raised food.
